Al medio día del viernes 23 de marzo, se realizó un acto para exigir la devolución del monto salarial que ha sido retirado desde julio de 2011 a la profesora María Esther Navarro Lara, quien imparte clases en la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales (FCPyS) de la UNAM.

Acompañada de alumnos de diferentes escuelas de la Universidad, así como de integrantes de la Asamblea Universitaria Académica (AUA), la profesora informó que de manera inhumana e injusta se le retiró el 70% de su salario mientras se encontraba en un semestre sabático y fuera del país.
