The Israeli army killed three Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during the first week of the fragile declared cease fire in the Gaza Strip. The gulf state of Qatar pledged to pay over-due salaries for the Palestinian education sector. No further progress in the formation of a Palestinian unity government or the proposed prisoner swap.
